In the past, we enjoyed the sport of backcountry privately. Backcountry involves hiking up unmarked areas outside the region of ski resorts and snowboarding back down the mountain.

Surrounded by wonderful companions and casually working as guides, we realized that we wanted to share our experiences and the beauty of Hokkaido’s nature with as many people as possible.

This idea is what founded the “Noborikaeshi Powder Guide Club”.
We now hope that we can give you all a safe and exciting experience of backcountry in our mountains.

“Noborikaesi” means “to climb back”.
Once you experience the wonders of Hokkaido’s snow, you won’t be able to stop climbing back!
